If you haven’t
read Michael Hyatt’s New York Times bestseller, Platform: Get Noticed in a Noisy World
you need to. As soon as possible. Buy it, check it out from the library,
download it, go to a public place and read it over a stranger’s shoulder. If you have something to say (or write) and
you want to position yourself so you can be heard, you have to build yourself a
“platform” and stand on it!
Mr. Hyatt
has a long history in the publishing industry but this book is right on the
cutting edge of the business of getting your voice heard. He has compiled so much information in an
easy to read and understand book. By
organizing the chapters so thoughtfully, the entire book can be read cover to
cover or you can hone in on the topics you want to focus on. I know I will be using this as a resource
book and I’m putting it on the shelf with my dictionary and thesaurus.
