A Silly Story about the Real Housewives and Me

I want to be a housewife.  I guess I’m technically a housewife already, but I mean a Bravo housewife.  The table flipping, Botox sporting, hair extension flipping kind of housewife.  I know this is an awfully tacky goal to have but I can’t help it.  OC is my favorite, but Atlanta and Beverly Hills are loves of mine, too.  And don’t even get me started on Bethenny.
Sometimes I forget I don’t know these girls in real life.  (I had the same kind of relationship with Rachael, Ross, Joey, Phoebe, Chandler and Monica.)  I follow a lot of them on Twitter and this has truly deepened my relationships with the housewives.  Maybe they will do The Real Housewives of Charleston.  If they do, I can tell you who will be the first in line to audition.  (Although, I don’t think my little rental is the “behind the gates” mansion they are looking for, but Gretchen and Kim didn’t start at the top.)
Gretchen, My New BFF
Ok, back to my twitter relationships.  I’m fairly new to Twitter in general.  Even though my mom has been an active member of Twitter for years, I was a late joiner.  But now that I’m here, I’m not wasting any time.  I’ve had a couple of conversations with old friends and I follow Dave Ramsey, but last week I had a Twitter experience that was so exciting, I had to share. I tweeted @tamrabarney and @gretchenrossi a little message to tell them I thought they looked pretty during a TV interview.  And when I woke up the next morning, Gretchen had replied to me with “xoxo.”  So now that Gretchen and I are so close, I’m one step closer.  The Real Housewives of Charleston here I come.
